Bombs?

Hey!
It's hurts becuse the aircraft bombs are so painfuly ugly... Does anyone know where the texture is? :hmm:
I really want to repaint them and make them sooo beautiful that you'd like to kiss them.. lol

Hi What A?,

the 'bombs.tga' is included in 'bombs.dat' in '...\SilentHunterIII\data\Library'. Extract it with e.g. SH3_Unpacker or DatExtractor.

Sure! Here is my first try. I have used two American bombs as base. One Armour pearcing (AP) bomb that have the fuse in the tail and one general purpuse bomb (GP) with a inpact fuse at the front.
Only prob is that they will be used by the Germans too... and their bombs was all black, not so good but...

If anyone have other ideas so let me know. :up:

Sorry that I was unclear where they should be placed.

I have those bombs in lighter green also and one with 2 smaller stripes at the front, got all three versions in dirty grey also... Anyone want?

All right here we go and I really hope I got all right. Sorry for the delay..

This pack include 12 bomb texture but you can only use ONE at the time but that will not stop you from change alot.
Unzip in a temp folder and then take one TGA texture and put it in the: "SilentHunterIII/data/textures/TNormal/tex" folder.
The pic will atleast give you a idea of how the different bombs will look like.
