HELP! New Laptop.. New Problems

Ok i just got a new laptop, i usually play SH3 on my desktop and have 0 problems.

Here is the problem-

Night Horizion is fine, its only day time do i have problems...

Hmf.. just received a report of black skies from another user some days ago.. he fixed the problem by altering the files in the env folder.
I would recommend to do that.. in case that you´re not able to do this I could ask the user about his files.
