I'm playing for the Russians. Got the spec ops of, identified the patrol vessels, the ssn's, the ships in harbor. Got the message to stop the ships from leaving, shot a Sovremmny, got a positive radio message about it. And now the problem, in the status screen is the "stop ships from leaving"-order twice and i've got no idea how to fullfill it the second time. It's definitly not shooting the ssn's, tried that already. The other ships have stopped.
Any idea?

Got it! Might be a bug. Only if you stop the ships leaving the harbour first and if the remaining ships in harbour are afterwards identified, the second "Stop em" order comes up.

So is there a way to do that without having the second ''stop the ships''?

I can't see them having fix that since that time!

I am sure it was done. Even more because it is the first scenario, a lot of people should have noticed it

European Version - German Edition => something goes wrong everytime ;)
If you identify the ships in harbour first and then shoot a destroyer you'll get your "Well done"
