G'Day all!
Today when I was patrolling the atlantic I was a bit bored [no action in a week], so I decided to test the limits of my IXB. My HI when I started was 100%, no damage whatsoever. Slowly I dived to 264 m. This was the limit. 264m was just fine, but at 265m I started leaking and my HI was getting lower at an alarming rate.

After this image was taken I ordered all ahead full, and blew ballast a dozen times. I kept diving and diving and thought I'd die, but then, at 278m I started rising. When I surfaced I had no compressed air left and my HI was 48%. Flooding in all compartments.
I survived it back to Kiel!
