I had tried NYGM 2.1 but something missing like habor traffic. I had it installed but there are less ships in the current version. RUB 1.45's traffic mod rocks.
Anyway, I want to switch back to Grey Wolves and try the 1.1a version. Unfortunately, the G.W. mirror is temporary unavailable. I, also, tried the Eroupean mirror but it didn't allow me to install it.. Is there a way to get Grey Wolves 1.1a available?
What's wrong with u-boot.realsimulation.com? Some gramaphone download music files are either damaged or from unknown location. Tell Terrain that he needs to fix the files.

The *main* host of GW1.1a, ie Subsim, will have it back up on Saturday.

The Europe mirror works fine for me - no problems d/l from it at all.

If you have d/l, but cannot install, then I would suggest that you have a corrupted install file.

File size in bytes should be:

TGW11a.exe - 547,845
TGW11a-1.bin - 178,751,648
TGW11a-2.bin - 179,300,000
TGW11a-3.bin - 179,300,000
TGW11a-4.bin - 179,154,367

Compare and re d/l any files that have different file sizes.

If the file sizes are the same, then pls post whatever error message you are receiving.

I do have the install screen up but when it asked me the location of the download or the install is coming from, it tells me that the tgw 1.1a-bin could not be located in that location.

As the four files on u-boot.realsimulation.com after d/ling, they said, 'The archive files are either from unknown location or damaged."

How can I repair the currupted install file?:damn: :damn: :damn: :damn: :damn:

Are all five d/l files, with names unchanged, in the same folder? The installer is asking you for the location because it can't find the file in the same folder as the exe file.

You re d/l it. No magic wand I'm afraid.

This is really a simple installer process - just d/l all five pieces into the one folder and run the exe file. That's all that is required.

If you find it common that files you d/l are getting corrupted, then you need to look at other factors, such as your internet connection, d/l software etc etc.
