I posted a thread about this a day ago, but the free accounts ran out before anyone could get one. :nope: damn they go fast!

Perhaps it is as well (from the standpoint of users of this Forum) that the free accounts went so fast.

Many Forum users, including me, cannot download items posted to Rapidshare. So the fewer people who post there, the better for this significant minority.

[An earlier Forum post attributed this problem to Rapidshare's ban on proxy servers, which ruled out many (all?) NTL users, among others.]
