In game, I encountered every cargo ships from small to large carrying barrels of fuel as cargo on top of their decks. It wasnt my intention, now I want it back to custom, but I dont know which category in list since most of topics for each categories are vague to me. I did back up the file but I took alot of time making changes and like to know what topic is called for cargo on deck. btw, I am using grey wolves mod if that make any difference, thanks.
