Help on ogg files

I can't play ogg files although I have the Illminable encoder program. Please help.

Pick up a copy of Goldwave here:

It's one of several programs which plays most different types of audio files, and lets you convert from one to the other.

Any burning progam will convert a ogg file to any you want.Ie MP3,wav etc.
