Use a download manager, for example Getright, with it you can resume interrupted downloads.

Download NYGM TW here:

The Subsim server supports "resume download".

You can also download the individual pieces as 100 MB sections you will have to combine in 7-zip. Here are the links to the files:
NYGM_Tonnage_War_v2.0.7z.001
http://www.filefactory.com/?c79722
NYGM_Tonnage_War_v2.0.7z.002
http://www.filefactory.com/?a7ba45
NYGM_Tonnage_War_v2.0.7z.003
http://www.filefactory.com/?59209b
NYGM_Tonnage_War_v2.0.7z.004
http://www.filefactory.com/?9d8bcd
Here are instructions on how to combine the sections in 7-zip:
First, make sure all four files have the correct names. They should be exacly:
1. NYGM Tonnage War v2.0.7z.001
2. NYGM Tonnage War v2.0.7z.002
3. NYGM Tonnage War v2.0.7z.003
4. NYGM Tonnage War v2.0.7z.004
The extension should be 7z followed by the file number (i.e. 001). You should not change the file extension to zip or just 7z because it will cause errors in the file combination process.
1. Start the 7-zip program

2. Navigate to the location with the 4 pieces that need to be combined. All 4 pieces must be in the same location. For illustrative purposes, I've created a temp folder in my MODS folder.

3. Left click on file part 001, then when it's highlighted, right click and select the "combine files..." operation

4. You should get a window asking for the location you want the combined file to go

5. Click OK to start the process. You should see the progress screen below.

6. The combined file should be displayed in the 7zip window (I just combined the files to the location of the 4 parts)

7. You should now be able to select and extract the files. The following screens show this process.

You can also download the individual pieces as 100 MB sections you will have to combine in 7-zip.
The files donīt need to be combined. All you need to do is right-click the first file of the archive in Windows Explorer or any other file manager, then select 7-Zip -> Extract here or Extract files. It then automatically unpacks all four archives.
