First off, kudos to nvdrifter and CB and everyone else involved in this idea.
Here is a 7MB JSGME package that is really just a testing approach for Long Repair Times. It has different numbers plugged in and has less emphasis on Long, and more on Repairs. It is specific to NYGM 2.0, and there will be no other versions from me. This is NOT a mod and has no version and will get no updates or attention per se. The focus is on the idea of LRT. You can play it and never look under the hood, but that will be that.
This is not competition for nvdrifters mods or idea - in fact you can plug his numbers into everything if you wish. It is basically a look at organizing zones.cfg, and an provides an easier sandbox to play in, and is an invitation for more to get in the sandbox.
Give it a look, at the least you will have a fun afternoon with it, at best you will figure out how to tweak it perfectly and make us all joyous !
