which directory would I find the flags for nations
I would like to make a mod for added nationalities to hi res flags
and recognition template for added countries that are not in stock.

I sunk a neutral from Latvia because it was not on the recognition template
and there are a lot more like that.

If there is already a mod for this somebody point me in the right direction please
Also is there a program out there to be able to open dat. files

1. flags are integrated in ...SilentHunterIII\data\Library\flags.dat and flagsS.dat

2. there's a mod that solves your prob: 'JonZ Improved Recognition Manual' [use 'Search' Function]

3. for opening dat. files: 'SH3 Unpacker' by timetraveller or 'DatTexExtract.exe' [refer to 2.http://users.pandora.be/eforum/emoticons4u/happy/046.gif]
