While supporting nvdrifter's mod in principle, I must advise all NYGM users that this mod BREAKS the NYGM Anti-Humming Bird Mod.
It also most likley askews the Crew Management and many other NYGM aspects.
This is in no way 'crapping' on anyone elses work.
I felt that this needed highlighting as it breaks core NYGM components that users are expecting and wanting and as can be expected, may require much explaination and work by NYGM.
Again, I support nvdrifter's work, but I wish it had been better implemented before release for use with others work.

I am stopping all work to make Longer U-Boat Repair Times compatible with NYGM mods. But work will continue for compatibility with Grey Wolves mod.

Wasn't the whole idea to test ?- it was put out as beta - not as ready to play. At least thats how I took it.
Maybe BETA should be in the name for a while instead of immediately trying to make it compatable with everything. Find out what it actually looks like first. Who knows, once it is better defined, maybe NYGM and/or GW will need changed instead...

nvdrifter,
Keep on good work. Your efforts are much appreciated, especially for the vanilla version :). Who cares about "true believers" or even "fundamentalists" :rotfl: as long as various choices are available and they do not step on someone's freedom.
keep on trucking Drifter.... :yep:
gawd this place is getting weird..do i sense a "to PM or not to PM" type atmosphere developing .....again..
Keep up the good work mate!
Teddy Bar only wants to let people know that this mod breaks one of NYGM 2.0 main features!
He, in no way, want's you or your mod dead n' gone!
Just put the info in the "read me" that this "Repair-Times" mod will bugger up one of NYGM 2.0 core elements.
So everythings ok then!:ping:
Im sure the End-user is aware of what he wants. And not as stupid as the TV makes us believe!:shifty:

Nvdrifter, Please don't stop.
This has been a major flaw in the game for too long and it looks as tho you're onto something. A mod that is this involved needs a whole lot of testing and fine tuning and most of us realize that. I'm sure that once your "beta" version is in the final stages you and the NYGM crew are all talented enough to get some form of workaround for compatability. Teddy, Observer and the rest of the NYGM team have come up with some ingenious solutions to make the game better for us all and I have no doubt that all of you can put something together.
You've definately got my vote.

Thanks for the encouragement everyone. The versions I am releasing are still beta. So everyone who tests, please leave feedback. I have no hard feelings towards anyone here. ;)
Also, has anyone fixed the problem where the u-boat takes continual damage while sitting stationary on the bottom of the seabed?
