I'm mainly looking for a mod which adjusts models and the waether and the wave mod and this bloom cause i cant see any unless its with a patch or someting ?

bloom ? if its what i think you are on about its a cloud fix which is on that site

you can change the waves with sh3commander but i seem to recall there is a big wave mod on realuboat site too

Have a look in the mods section on this site there is a sticky on there with a list of all the mods too

The problem with the site that you posted for me is that it always says ive downloaded my limit when ive never downloaded anything.

Which mods do you think are good for what im looking for i think the weather mod is called GW ?

GW or Grey Wolves is a major addon for the game and the best thing to happen to it IMHO

It improves graphic/sounds/terrain well just about everything really

Can be hard to run on low end PCs tho
