IUB 1.03 mod

Im having a black sky issue with IUB 1.03 can anyone point me to the fix?

Uninstall IUB1.03, roll back SHIII Commander, Install IUB1.03, Start sim with SHIII Commander, Sky will be normal now. Remember to always roll back SHIII Commander before activating any mod.
