My Watch Crew Wont Use Raincoats?!

Hello all long time lurker first time poster!! And let me say that this community is just awesome!! I am always blown away by the amazing things that you folks put out for SH3. Anyhoo I have noticed lately that when the weather gets mucky my watch crew is not putting on the raincoats? Any ideas what I can look at? Mods im currently using are

FLB Sale U-999's AWESOME simfeeling mod ( I love it!!)
KptnLt Eric Karle's Internal Life Mod Version 1.2
Rubini's Night sky and sea
and of course SH3 commander

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated these poor blokes are getting soaked to the bone!! Help!!

you need to send them below to change. they're dutybound types, and won't leave the bridge to get wet weather gear w/out the captains explicit permission :D

Maybe you or some mod has tinkered in some way with "storm conditions". Can you try using either the deck gun or the flaks during a storm (when no-one uses a rincoat)?

VonHelsching yeah that did the trick! My storm conditions line was all mucked up. THANKS! :up:

Noob I tried looking for the link for that mod but I cant seem to find it. Ill keep looking!
