patrol times in GW

so how long [average] does it take you guys to spot a convoy when having GW installed? I'm certainly not getting frustrated by only seeing beautiful blue ocean everywhere, but just a curious question.

When I played on 11th flottille Bergen, I saw convoy on every patrol. :up:

Well my first three patrols, i didnt see anything but single cargos. But when i upgraded from IIA to VIIB, and started to go into the atlantic, every mission there is at least one convoy.

I play with the "Uboat Commander's Handbook" mod.

On 1/3 of my patrols, I generally don't see any worthwhile targets. On the other 2/3 patrols I will generally be able to spot 1 or 2 convoys.

Very rarely do I every find single cargo ships.

Average patrol length is 8 weeks.

With this mod my careers are super realistic, and look like they are pulled from the pages of Uboat.net!

I must be going to the wrong fishing holes - when I was in 11 Flotille I saw nothing for three patrols...well, except for a task force that saw me... :(

And what I thought was a convoy in the Med - but it turned out to be a task force!

Two hits on a Southampton light cruiser and it did not even slow it down! :damn:
