XXI torpedo reload?

Hello everyone,

What am I doing wrong here? It seems the type XXI won't reload the tubes. All 6 of them just say waiting in cue indefinately. I am running 1.4b with GW 1.1. Any insight?

Do you have enough persons in the torpedo room? How far does the green bar above the torpedo room go?

Maybe by chance you have pressed "silent running"?

What fatigue system are you using?

If all of them are waiting, then you either have not enough crew in that torpedo room or the occupants are heavily fatigued.

Well the crew room was full and they were fresh. I did however hit silent running, but assumed that order was cancelled when I went to flank speed. I guess that's what it was. I'll try it again today. I'm new at this sim, thanks for your help.

Hi I have the same problem (different boat). Is it the silent running that stops them from reloading? That green bar is full and it still tells me waiting in queue for all my torps.:damn: ... :doh:

Yep in silent running the boat practically shuts down no realoads, radio turns off, props stop,repairs stop etc. they won't start again until you knock off silent running.
