creating a new campaign from scratch in the mission editor

hi can anyone help me im not that great with the mission editor but i would like to make a campaign from scratch and i tried it but i didnt do something right if someone can help me that would be good i would greatley appreciate it just tell me what i need to do to make a simple campaign to make it work
