Iam wanting to mod the fatigue. Here is the part of the basic.cfg file that i think covers it.

one of the crew parameters:

[CREW_6] ;SUBLIEUTENANT
MoraleMin=0.50
MoraleMax=0.80
MoraleStep=0.1
FatigueMin=0
FatigueMax=0.5
FatigueStep=0.01
CoefMorale=0.2
CoefFatigue=0.4
QualEffect=1.5
Hp=14
Wounded=-0.02
Dead=-0.05
SunkShips=0.1
TorpedoHit=0.05
Experience=300

one of the compartment parameters

[COMPARTMENT]
NumberOfCrew0=15
Interval1_0=7.1
Interval2_0=9.6
Interval3_0=19.7

whats whats????

The fatigue mod iam using now has fatigue setting in slowly, YET rest happens just as slowly.

I want the rate of rest to be greater than the rate of fatigue. Is this possible???

I dont want to get rid of fatigue, I know the current "click on everyone" is a pain however I want the effects of constant battle stations to be a factor and to simulate the effects of a "little rest goes a long way".

They part your really intrested in is a bit further down.

The numbers there are from a "fatigue as food" or "patrol based fatgue" model i was experimetning with.

RegularFactor vs Specificfactor was surfaced vs submerged values. I forget which is wich, but i tink regular is surfaced and specific is submerged. Look closely at the Emotor and engine rooms in YOUR basic.cfg , that will tell you. I have mine all the same values because i wanted all fatiuge to drain at the same rate.

Thanks !

So....

;comp6 bow quarters
SpecificFactor60=0.00004
SpecificFactor61=0.00004
;comp7 stern quarters
SpecificFactor70=0.00004
SpecificFactor71=0.00004

.........in these two quarters fatigue is deleted ?

Increasing these numbers will increase the amount of rest per time?

OR ........ making them negatives??

Ive changed the quarters coeff. to :

SpecificFactor??= -0.05

trying to find the number that will move a endurance thats in the red!, below half way of the bar, to around 80 % enduranced in a 4 hr time frame,. To simulate the effects of 4 hrs of rest returning ~40% endurance to a crew member. 10-15 % hour
