Should unzip them into
SH3\data\Sound\Gramophone
Wave, MP3 or OGG files will work. although if their at a certain sampleing rate they might cut off early. Thats an issue with the game. It doesnt like files on the gramaphone past... i think 44KHZ. Not sure. But ive used churchs war radio mod in the past and had no problems.

Thanks. I think I,ve done that. Could the use of additional music mods effect the War radio?

Noooooooo no no.
read the readme files of the packages..these should be used with SHCommander and are based on dates. The folders should go into SHCommander/ Date/

You can just plop the files in the /gramaphone folder. I've got 200+ songs, etc. in there now...

Well you can but theres no fun in getting a 1944 radio recording in 1942 or earlier. Thats why putting the radio mod in the gramophone folder is a BIG no-no. Just my 2 eurocents.
Cheers!
