Has anyone tried to setup a Naval Base and tried to destroy it? I tried it and fired off 12 tomahawk missiles and nothing happened? Any ideas?

Make sure the missiles are hitting land but not beyond the target. They genneraly hit slightly beyond the final waypoint.
