Since the GW mod, first I loved the many new messages, but now, I cannot sail with high time compression, because every 5 seconds a new message comes in. :nope:
Is it possible to edit the "message received" 1x time to 2048x?
I tried with the SH3commander (Radio message receive), but nothing happened. :hmm:

Go to your SH3 directory in the My Documents folder. Open the Main.cfg file. Under the Time Compression section, there is a line called:

RadioReport=1

Change it to anything you want. I never tried it, though, but it should work.

Also, SHIII Commander comes with a complete 'Time Compression' section, which allows you to change any values.

I may have to do that myself.

Starting a career in September of 1939 can be a real pain as you get bombarded with messages for the first few days non stop.

The messages add to the immersion,but there are times that I would almost prefer a silent radio over the bombarding you get at times.

Just incase it matters too... after 1942 the radio gets really quiet... since that is where Irishred's mod ends.

I mean now we know that the radio is there and that the BDU remembers our boat... :rock: :up:

Exactly!

Hopefully Irishred will continue work on his radio mod. Its a big job and I am sure it must be hard to keep going sometimes.
