Sometimes I have been wondering why there haven't been any type of addons to SHIII. An addon that made us possible to drive an english or an amerikan sub in the atlantic.

I got the idea when I saw a program on the History Channel, it was about subs in the atlantic, during WWII.

Well I can answer that is 2 words

No SDK!!!

Without the SDK making new player usable subs is impossible as far as I am aware.
