:D Everything seems to be working very well. I found that the MOD folder was still there, so I installed the Merchant Variety Pack and the new loading screen. Only the one with the girl in it does not appear on any loading screen, I believe it is called 'map' but no problem if it doesn't work. I am now on Patrol 10 on the way to grid AN16 and I find that my crew are getting fatigued a lot and I spend a lot of time changing them. I tried the cruise mode and that seems to help. I decided to upgrade my crew at the barraks and that dropped my renown, I suppose that is like 'spending money' :P Oh, I found out where my Watch Officer disappears to after I dive. I found him in the stern quarters :D Guess he needed a cup of java. I just hope by the time I reach my patrol area my crew doesn't get fatigued during an defensive attack against a destroyer. I found out why the torpedoes are in "que' [spelling] the crew were fatigued; as soon as I changed the crew, no problem, they started loading the torpedoes. Man am I ever getting smarter :know: I really am enjoying this game now that I am learning a few things, with the help of you guys. Oh, with respect to being informed which version I have - the bottom right corner of the main menu still says 1.4 but I KNOW I installed version 1.4b. Hope this patrol goes okay. Oh, on the last patrol, my automatic targeting seems to be off, or else I miss-judged my position and the target's position because all my torpedoes missed. AH, I asked what the 'pilot' was for in the TDC and would like an answer if someone knows. Thanks for the help guys. When I get back to port I will be installing more mods. Oh, about this 'No Fatigue Mod' offered in subsim patches, is it worth installing that? Will it help out my fatigue problem? The first mod listed says CA Uboat Instrument Patch - does the CA mean 'Commander's Addition' or Captain America  As I mentioned, I am using a VIIB U-51 sub.
