I've been browsing to find anything like the this...

A mode that auto-manages the crew...

1st example:

Rough seas (wind 15m/s) I have some doubts that in real life crew were allowed to stay in the tower in severe weather conditions. SH3 allows crew to be in the tower... perhaps because they don't drown.

2nd example (Auto-assignation)

Under attack/crash driving, specialized petty-officers, available officers and sailors (sleepers) automatically assign to compartiments such as engine and damage control.

3rd example (launching torps)
opening tub doors/launching a torp, crew be automatically assign

4th example (external torps)
crew automatically assign to specified torp container to move the external torp inside (only in calm sea... SH3 allows that in rough seas what seem to be wrong and unrealistic)

5th example (endurance)
If a crew member (specialized petty-officers/officers/sailors) are low in endurance, they are replaced by similar officers/sailors that are sleeping

6th example (low performance in compartments)
If a compartment (like engines) is under performance and engines go off-line, the crew affected is replaced by fresh members (similar to 5th example)

Like above examples many others can be added to the list. To make a sub crew be more real and dynamic. Where the capt only casually need to interact with the crew in certain circunstaces only.

Now my two questions are ...

Does such mod already exists?

And if not, would that be feasible?

Thanks

If it was feasible it would have been done a long time ago...

:)

Thanks

Well its a pity... SH3 crew sleeps all the time even when they aren't in their quarters ;)

Oh! well perhaps in SH4 or some other game :-?
