Go to the download section of this site, you should find what you need there.

There is no such thing as "a best solution" on mods, since it all depends on the player.n However some essentials include:
Applications
- SH3 Commander
- SH3 Gen
- Random Weather Generator
Modpacks
- RuB
- IuB
Mods
- Harbour Traffic
- Advanced Holywood Damage
- Addidional ships by Sergbuto (plus all other mods from the same person)
- FLB's enhancements (several mods)
Graphics Enhancements
- Fubar's skins
- Tankeriv's seafloor
- Marhk's super smoke
- Merchant ship skins
This is just a taste. It need a lot of testing and tweaking to finalize to your liking. And wonce you do that, there comes the next set of Mods (NYGM series, Grey Wolves Modpack)
Pick and choose keep what you like simple :yep:

It gives you some user defined intelligence regarding whe the action will be. (BBs, Aux Crisers).

While applying each mode, did JSGME present any warning message?
List your mods in the order you installed them. There might be a conflict. And always read the readme files. :yep:
