Minor realism fix, any way?

Anyway to prevent the Aft torpedo tubes being reloaded when submerged? Althow the bow tubes could be reloaded underwater the Aft tube(s) could only be reloaded when the E-motors where not running.
Any chance of includeing this in realism mods,i.e. RuB etc.?
