I've been tinkering around with Yahoo Widgets this morning, and I've taken someone's FS2004 RSS feeder and converted it to work with the Subsim's forums.

Currently, it can display all the new posts in a certain forum, right now it's set to the Mods forum, but I'm running into a bit of a problem. It seems that the RSS feed that Subsim uses publishes the HTML code in the Description(the actual post part), therefore, when you mouse over the entry, it doesn't show anything.

My question is, is there a way to strip out the HTML from the description tab in the XML feed? I'll post the widget once I get all the thanks and graphics in place.

Tiki and I just finished most of the work on our Yahoo Widget that acts like an RSS feed. This is what we needed help with. The feed isn't working exactly write when you mouse over the topic, but if you click the topic, it'll take you to that particular post.

This displays the different number of posts that can be displayed. Also, those are some other widgets at the top of the picture.
