I just reloaded SH3 and loaded all the mods I had after doing a clean install. my question is in the past I used mini tweaker because I didnt like the default periscope zoom X6 instead of my preferred x10) however this time around after I change the files
it is not raising the zoom level ( still at 6) I go back into mini tweaker and my changes are still there. anyway I read the readme but couldnt find what I need any ideas?

Generally, with Mini Tweaker, some have reported problems if they leave the backup file (the Copy Of xxx) in the same folder as the modified original. Just to be sure, move the Copy Of xxx file to another folder and check again. Hope this does it for you.

you know now that I think about it I believe I did do that the first time it worked. Thanks :)
How realistic is that 10x scope? How did the original periscope work?
Thanks.

To try to answer your question I think x6 is historically accurate
but my personal belief is to bump it to 10 to offset the fact im looking at a monitor and dont have my eye right up to a real scope :)
