This is a reported bug by Worker321, Worker is from China and wanted me to help him report this. Worker321 and I have been Playing for weeks started with 1.03b together, I’m not sure how long he has been playing over all. I copied his text from the Hypperlobby. 2/15/2006, I have not played enough to see what he means, but he claims it has happened to him more than once., Thanks Newt

Worker321, I find the official 1.03 patch has a new bug

Newt, what's new bug? This happens every time?

Worker321, in Akula, when I fire 4 torps. ,only two torps. run normal to attack target, others stop beside the boat.
When I fire 4 missile torps, only two missiles run normal to attack target, others also stop beside the boat

Worker321 , I also find the seawolf's torp has bug. When I fire 3 torps, the active torps seem to be not find the akula. But the akula is away from torps so close, it maybe 1000m between torps and akula. The torps still search on snake form

Pille12345 said, what I find troubling too is the diving/surfacing bug causing the boat to stop and kill the TAS

The first one may be the result of lag on MP. I can't reproduce it at all.

The second one is tough to judge completely, depending on the acoustic conditions and the layer this could be perfectly normal.

Unless he can reproduce the first bug on single player, I'd have to say that it is lag related and is NOT new; it's been an issue with slow connections since 1.0.

I also agree that the 2nd "bug" is most likely correct behavior and that the torp was on the wrong side of the layer to acquire the target.
