Installing mods

Hi,

I am trying to install mods but i cant get them to wrok. This is what i do. I copy JSGME into my SH3 folder run it and it make a mod folder and a backup. I put the mods in the mod folder and aactivate them with JSGME and then start the game with SH commander. And i cant se any mods when i play, what am i doing wrong?

Did you roll back SH3 Commander? This has to be done before activateng your mods via the JSGME.

Maybe the mods you are trying to install are not JSGME-compatible. The directory structure must the sh3\mods\<modname>\data.

Have you well install the JSGME.EXE at the root of Your installed game Silent Hunter 3 ?

Yep i installed it in the root of SH3

the mods lands like this

:\Program\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\MODS\SH3_Mod_Pas calsSmokeAndSplash\Pascals Smoke and Splash Mod\Data\Textures

It must look like this:
