This mod reverses a few of the modifications of RuB1.45 back to original files and/or other adjustments! And it adds more traffic than Harbour Traffic 1.47 for RuB1.45 plus a lot more eye candy and some modifications of gameplay!

Just say yes to overwrite all files!
If you enable Chomu's_HT147_RUB included in Harbour_Traffic_147_for_RuB_145, I can't garentee that my mod will work, since some of the files in my mod is made without considering this mod! I haven't tested it yet for this mod, so....
About enabling other mods after my mod:
Do so only, if you don't overwrite any of my files! If you chose to do so, I cannot garantee for the result, and you may want to have the knowledge about getting around configuring data files yourself!

Well, some files need to be fitted and can't just be added later on without the wrong effect, and others... well, let's just say thus fewer number of mods are needed to be started with the Generic Mod Enabler! 01) Flotilla - made by Carotio - I alone (as captain!) want to decide which sub, I want to go in, so if the sub was available historically, I don't want to change flotilla, just in order to get it, so all subs are there in all flotillas! [flotilla.cfg in data\cfg]
02) Water - Original! [EnvColors_*.dat-files in data\env]
03) Seamap (F5 in game) - made by Carotio - no tool in right side of the screen, just a compass. Changed this map a little, so it's not so dirty! [StrTactMap.tga in data\menu\gui]
04) UMark - Original! yes, the orange spot on surface is back! I like it that way! [data\misc]
05) Roster - made by Carotio - I added some ship types from the British and added them to America, Denmark, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden. France DID have battleships, many were in port in North Africa, when France surrendered, and Vichy took over! The Allies couldn't pursuade Vichy to surrender their ships, so the ships were sunk by their former allies... sad! Saw it on Discovery Channel! However, I need to read more about this issue before putting this event in in a new version of the campaign!
06) Basic.cfg - made by Carotio - renown values changes! Now it's worth going to and staying in patrol zone and returning to home port (1000/500/300 score points). Also renown needed for player medals changed! Fatigue is changed back to original! Adjusted ranks of officers: both original and RuB left out the rank of Fähnrich zur See (midshipman/cadet), so it's added! Maybe your officers won't reach level of "oberleutnant", but then they don't outrank you as captain... Tried to adjust player ranks too, but haven't tested it completely yet to see whether the rank of Kapitän zur See/Captain is reachable! Now every new sub upgrade requires 7 days in base, except the XXI, which requires 14 days! This means more patrols per career, unless you're sunk... I have also changed renown for sinking a neutral vessel; originally you would suffer at a rate of -1, now at -5, meaning a vessel of 320 renown for allied, will be -3200 for axis and -1600 for neutral! As captain, you weren't allowed to start wars on your own, so now you'll be more penalized for it! [data\cfg\basic.cfg]
07) Crew sign - Original! Obviously, I'm too ****ing blind, but I hated the smaller fatigue sign on the crew members, so back to original! [data\menu\data\crew_sign.tga]

33) Icebergs in career - made by Carotio, 5 scripted iceberg groups - 1 steady group, 4 groups, which should respawn every 1st of each month from September 1st 1939 till June 1st 1945 - [data\campaigns\campaign\Campaign_SCR.mis] and rework of [data\campaigns\campaign\Campaign_RND.mis] where icebergs were set to spawn from 1944 till 1945 on several locations! Odd! Why only first from 1944? So I changed all groups to start from 1939! Hope someone will see them now! Look on the waters between Quebec/Canada and Norway!
34) 2 new units - APD Light Transport & Fast Transport by CombatPlanes - again GermanNames.cfg and EnglishNames.cfg has been changed, thus these two units will fit without you having to add them manually!

However, I have still not added port facilities to these new ports, and thus also not port traffic, but
there is some traffic in the vicinity of some of the cities.

When new messages appears, they are written in black, which can be difficult on other stations, but they'll automatically transform into blue after 1-2 seconds, so I can live with it! there is some traffic in the vicinity of some of the cities.
