Float Planes Mod compatibility ?

Just a question ;)
Can i install The "Float Planes mod" of the famous Sergbuto (with Arado and Walrus) over a RuB1.45+HT1.47 installation ?
Are they compatible ?
(I use the JSGME)

I don't understand why this excellent plane mod is not included in RuB1.45....????

I use both plane mods, installed after RUB 1.45 and HT 1.47. No probs so far.
