Help on Rubini's Harbor Mod

Can anyone walk me through the basic steps of installing Rubini's Harbor 147 mod that has sea re-supply? I have offical version 1.4b of SH III. I am not real great with file management stuff so anyone who can walk me throught it would help. I am assuming is does not automatically execute upon opening. Please help!

HW3,

1. Install SH3 + patch 1.4b
2. Download and install the JSGME. It's easy and very important to 99,9% mods.
3. Download and decompress the HT 1.47. After that you will have two others compress files: HT 1.47 and Airpower. Decompress them in a folder named MODS in your SH3 installation folder.
4. After that, using JSGME install HT 1.47
5. Now using JSGME install Airpower for HT.
