a simple 3D previewer program for SH3 units?

I've had this for a few games, like GTR, where you can preview 3d models with new skins, without having to launch the whole game all the time (and with Sh3 load times being what they are, it's even a bigger annoyance). Is there such a simple 3d viewer around?

If there's none available, can someone make one? It really is awkward having to load up the game just for a preview of a ship on which you are working. :(
