Looking for scsoundedit 1.02 file (jsteed?)

Does anyone know where I can get scsedit 1.02? I am trying to use CrazyIvans voice mod for the Kilo but it crashes (scsedit 1.01) when I try to open the sfx.agg. The Akula mod works fine and I have been using it for some time but I can't get the Kilo sfx.agg to open. I read somewhere in these forums that there is a ver. 1.02, but subguru still has 1.01. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think DarkShip or OlegM has it. Has anyone asked JSteed?

I've seen a number of posts about 1.01 not working with the Kilo sfx.agg file, but there is never a resolution. I would like to use CrazyIvans voice mod with the Russian panels.
