Rubini's harbor mod and RuB 1.45

If you install HT 1.46 for RUB over RUB 1.45 all will work but you will loss some new features on RUB 1.45. In truth you probably will not notice them. In some moment I will release a new HT with total RUB compatibility but this can be for RUB 2.0 in december. :up:
