WO target solution: Can it be reduced to distance, only?

Question to the Modders:

I like to use the WO only to get the distance to target - then I plot this on the map to get target course and speed.

But when he worked out the solution there is no way I read the target speed on the notepad by accident.

Is there a way to mod his solution so that only distance to target is shown?
Maybe overwriting the values the same time when pushing solution button with a "-"..
Dunno, hence my question.

Well, I'm not entirely sure, but I suspect that the WO solution routine is entirely hard-coded. I've never come across anything relating to him in the data files.

Do your thing with the notepad, then just enter the correct range in the torpedo computer manually.
