HELP!! After trying to install IUB game crashes and worse

After the crash, I tried to remove mod, but can't get rid of it.
Tried to remove game for clean install, can't uninstall.
Now I can't install, uninstall or run the game from the disc. Nothing but error message.

What´s the error message when you try to install it?

Thanks for getting back to me.
I managed to clear out the conflict in the registry, in "safe" mode.
I lost the three careers I was running, but I did get the game back.
I think the conflict had to do with conflicting graphics commands concerning interior skins, between what I was running, and the IUB.
