Hi all, don't know if I'm doing things wrong but when I approach a milk cow I press ESC and "dock at *****", and then end up back in the office. When I go to resume the mission the mission number has changed. I thought the point behind re-fuelling with milk cows was so you could continue with the mission you're on??? you'll get through a hell of a lot of missions by doing that?
Please tell me if this is correct. Cheers.

Yes, this is the way the milk cow mod goes on SH3. It's a SH3 limitation, not a mod fault. Beery made a "virtual" milk cow in SH3Cmdr just raising the fuel capacity of the VIIC in a predetermine period (between 42/43 if I'm not wrong) this way you don't dock at anything, so you always stay in the same patrol but you will lose all the environment which comes together of the milk cow mod. It's your choice. ;)

Thanks Rubini, with Beery's method is it just fuel gets replaced or armament too? This would be a lot more realistic I think. Cheers.

Only the VIIC capacity is raised - you start the mission with a lot of more fuel - only this.

Nelson, I've been using Rubini's HT 1.46 w/Milch Cow mod from the beginning. It is way to cool. Great experience attempting to close with a resupply sub on a dark and stormy night then staying in close proximity through the bad weather until daybreak when its safer to attempt resupply.
Not something you do on every mission but nice to know the option is open to you if needed.

Hi Hemisent, yes, I do like Rubini's HT, it is cool. Does it clash with the AI sub mod? I had a weird experience where the whole top of the AI sub was missing.
