Hey all....

Had to leave to get a new job. Now that I have one (Go Continental Airlines!) I am back to see whats going on.

When I left there was a mod that was starting to increse the visiblity from the stock to a more realistic value. Did this mod suceed?

What else is new?

Beery is on version 1.44 of RUB, Rubini has a relatively fresh Harbor traffic version 1.46. Gouldjg and Jungman are both working on updated damage modelling mods. The 16km visibility mod is a reality and we adopted a new Greyhound from one of those rescue places.
Other than that not much.

whats new, well Silent Hunter 3 commander is at ver2.2, Jasonb885 has stopped making improvements to improved convoys mod :cry:

It's an offspring to the visibility mod? Do I need both the visibility mod AND the Atmosphere mod?

I should be releasing IuB v1.02 fairly soon - will include the atmosphere mod. (as well as lots of others)

So there is RUB and IuB?

You can only use one of them?

Well, no. They're not competitors - IuB includes RuB within it with some minor changes for playability.

As well, there's a mini-mod within IuB which reverses the changes if you want.
