I recently made a mod for a 'delayed-sound' (speed-of-sound) for torpedoes and deckgun. The deckgun is a different, more powerful sounding gun. But there's no modified AA gun sounds.

Also head to Terrapin's site ( http://mpgtext.net/u-boot/ ) and look in the 'Silent Hunter 3 Audio Files' DL section. There's a lot of small/specific, and also some very large sound-mods there too. A few in the 'Silent Hunter 3 Mods (General Section)' section too. That's where I found and changed my AA guns :)

I like to download lots of SH3 sound mods, listen to the .wav files, then 'pick-and-choose' my favorites, then add them to SH3 with JSGME. Easy to add and modify because all (none voice) sounds go into the 'Sh3\data\sound' folder.

I was looking for new sounds of deck gun and flak for many times, it was hard to find the best.
I use now deck gun with reloading sound and modified flak sound (it use the same sound for 20 and 37 mm) from other sound packs.
If you want, I can send these two files for you.
