Correction for Compressed Air dial - request for help

I find these diferent values for compressed air at the same time.

This is at Foreboard dial:

Right value is 200.

How can I correct this value ?

I checked dial.cfg, but all values are the same.

Known bug since the start of game. No known solution.

Interior 3D dial is wrong and hard coded.

That's Pascal Dials from last modification pack (downloadable from terrapien site). I like his dials modification ;)
