deck gun and rain coats

I been away from this game all summer and had to reload SHIII
I loss my note's but were do you change the setting so you can use the
deck gun with higher waves, was there a wave setting for when the crew
to use or not the rain coats??? :oops:

Any question regarding guns and raincoats is inherently funny.
That being said, here ya go.

To Change Deck Gun Weather
The 7 is the windspeed and can be between 0 and 15. Just set it at 15 in case you want to be able to use the deck gun at any wind speed.

The 0.1 is the rain level and can be between 0 and 1. Just set it at 1 in case you want to be able to use the deck gun no matter how fierce it is raining.

The files could edit are:
NSS_Uboat2A.cfg
NSS_Uboat2D.cfg
NSS_Uboat7b.cfg
NSS_Uboat7c.cfg
NSS_Uboat9b.cfg
NSS_Uboat9c.cfg
