After I upgraded to Improved UBoat by Orgy...ever sinc...no Observation periscope.... :roll:

A bug has removed periscope key shortcuts for the English keyboard settings.

Use the german keyboard settings (they're the same), or click on periscopes manually. The obs periscope is in the control room (zentrale) in the Typ II's and VII's. It's in the conning tower in type IX's and XXI's.

I agree partly to deleting these shortcut keys. :yep:

As you said, the operativity as a game improves, but it is not realistic.

In my "Integrated orders for IUb", it adopted partially about this point.
Even if you use F3 key or the "periscope shortcut key" of a side menu, you cannot use a direct periscope.
You only stand in front of a periscope.
And a periscope can be used if the periscope of 3D screen is clicked.

How about adopting the idea which stands in front of a periscope except for my very small mods as IUb? :hmm:

Hi Chomu; already adopted. It's a bit much to expect players used to the shortcut keys to just take them away, unfortunately. ;)
