Torpedo mod?

I remember awhile back that someone modded the torpedo settings ie..speed, range, payload. I ahd it and later had to reload SH3 due to too many mods.

I have searched all the forums and cannot find any refrence to it. Anybody remember this or can poin me in the right direction?
