So either you've got blind lookouts in daytime, or night-vision-equipped ones at night. You can't have everything :hmm:

Well, that should then go along with my suggestion in the other thread - I hope the next version of the mod includes optional un-mods for certain features. Such as the visibility.

It's basically the "World mod" that was released a couple of months ago plus some additions. The rest is old and outdated.

That´s right, some keyboard commands don´t work when you use the English keyboard setting. Here´s the solution:

There are also performance issues on some systems, mainly due to the "Heavy" version of the Harbour Traffic mod. If it gets too slow around friendly harbour you should download the "Harbour Traffic" mod and use the normal version instead of "Heavy". Get it here:

Yep, any issues will be fixed asap for the next version/patch, am keeping my eye on everything!

The vis mod night spotting distance as people say can lead to weird results on clear nights. Now, depending on moonlight thats not entirely unrealistic, by the way.

But unfortunately its something thats seemingly impossible to get 100% right. The issue was also present in the original version of the game, just less noticeable due to the nerfed view distance.

Thats a brilliant idea. Get hold of PCPP (PCPowerplay gaming magazine) www.PCPowerplay.com.au an aussie mag , they put out every month with lots of mods patches etc for games. If you told them about your mod they would gladly put it on there next dvd. Its only 180mb so they would say yes to that, plus there mags come out with 2 dvds so space is no problem.

They also reviewed SH3 and gave it a 9/10 score. Which is a first, cos they didn't review SH2 very well when it came out.

THEN I CAN BUY THE MAG AND TRY OUT THE MOD. :rock: You see i only have 56k.

Fired this up last night.

A couple of things:

1. I didn't lose the camapign I am currently playing! :up:

2. When I reached my patrol zone I sighted a trawler. I went to my navigator station and noticed there was a graphic of a sunked ship...I had fired no torps and I didn't get credit for sinking anything. Is this a leftover from last mission?..same patrol zone.

3. How do I get the map updates back on the TDC? I know it isn't realistic but I have gotten used to it.

4. The traffic around Lorient was almost too much...I almost ran into a few ships when I cranked up time. :D

5. It will take some getting used to the "bridge" button taking me to the conning tower and not the bridge.

My guess is that it is the larger waves included with this bundle. Small ships in large waves don't mix too well. :88)

I can't figure the version number in the documentations.


I ask, because I have IuB 102, but the files of IC requires me to replace a good number of cfg files.
