these are the Amur Class designations which are just the export versions of the Lada.

I don't know in what scale the drawing is, didn't measure it, but torpedos looks indeed like in other scale, are too big relative to hull, would not fit in torpedo tubes.

Hmm give me a moment I'll try to measure this.

edit: seems to not be in any particular scale, something around 1:415 so probably just scaled to fit on the page.
