World Mod

Where can i download this mod I keep hearing about "World Mod" ? I've looked for it on alot of sites, and even searched on google for it. Does anyone have a copy they can email me or a link? Thanks

However the WorldMod is pretty old stuff. Rubini has improved it and it's now called Harbor Traffic Mod (HT Mod) it's also included witht the Ops Mod in RUB 1.43
