The mod is new enough that many on the Hyperlobby are not yet aware of it.

However, I am more than confident that it makes the MP game *vastly* better, and this is from using SeaWolf missions in test that are designed for the standard detection parameters.

Once mission designers start to make missions for the reduced detection ranges (soon), I don't see any reason to play with stock DW.

My opinion may be biased.

Cheers,
David

Yep! :yep: :sunny:

I'll definately be on HL soon this morning, if any one wants to play.

I'd recommend loading it in a single player test mission first, just to get a feel for how much has changed.

You need to get the public test version of HL.

The link is on this page.

Hey now, we used NCHQ missions of my own design, too! And those were the ones we got the most data from....

Oh, crap, sorry Molon!

I thought those were SW missions.

In any case, they worked *really* well at these detection ranges... there was a proper seeking, then hunting, then stalking phase in each of the games we played.

Let me know if I can help you test your missions, particulary some MP matchups! :arrgh!:

Cheers,
David

Well, now that I've been sold on your mod, I'll be redoing all the missions I currently have posted on subguru, so that there will be a DW 1.01 version and a LW/Ami version. I'll also be releasing Black Market Boomer as a LW/Ami mission; that one was previously only available on the NCHQ dive pack. Real life will be getting in the way of this, but I think a timetable of three to four weeks is realistic. I'll be tracking you down for beta testing. ;)
